The physical pleasure of drawing

It doesn’t matter what happens in my life, I always go back to the drawing board. Not for just a matter of learning, however for a matter of need. If I have a great week, if I have an ok week, on my days off I always want to draw.

Drawing is a journey for me, where I can get lost in this world and forget about everything else, when I draw I forget about my life, I forget about who I’m, I forget about others, I forget about if people were great to me or if they misunderstood me. When I draw, I enter this unknown place that only artists can understand where I’m coming from. It’s an unknown place with no judgement, ego free, and peaceful above all. It’s a journey I’m happy to be part of, and I would love to be part of as long as I can.

I’m grateful I have a place to go away from the world as we know, and get lost and enjoy the physical temporary experience that we all all experiencing for now.

Drawing traditionally for me is like being in a dimension where everything is ok, where it holds no fear or wishes, no predictions or expectations. Expectations is the reason why we are not fully immersed in the now. The now is all we have, yesterday is an illusion and tomorrow is now.

When I draw I have no compromise with anything but inner fulfilments. I do it from a genuine place, where only I mite understand it to the fullest, however if someone resonates with it, it’s fulfilling to see where their perception is coming from, and how the viewer interpreted the peace of art.

I hope you find what resonates with you, because it feels so good.
